Direct Hire: When an employee is placed upon a direct hire basis, we offer a 30 day guarantee when the placement fee is paid in full. A placement fee of the employee's annual salary is charged for the direct placement. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the performance of the employee or the employee leaves within the first four weeks, we will refund the entire placement fee. If you are dissatisfied with the performance of the employee or the employee leaves within the second four weeks, we will refund the placement fee minus fifteen percent (15%).
Temp-to-hire: you may choose to use a temporary employee for a pre-determined amount of time. If you decide to offer our employee a position, on your own payroll, starting on the first working day following completion of the 480 hours there is no placement fee. If you decide to hire the employee prior to their 480 hours expiring, we will prorate our placement fee by the number of hours worked at your location. Full or partial refunds of the placement fees are not applicable for a client who elects to utilize this process.
Pay Roll Services: eSparky not only provides quality employees, but we also provide payroll services for your workers. We will payroll the individual you have located and assign them to your company. We handle all of the paperwork, payroll and benefits associated with the candidate. If the candidate's employment should end with your company, there will be no additional fees involved, no unemployment, no severance or extended insurance costs. Also, if you should decide to place the employee on your payroll permanently, there is no fee involved in transitioning them over.
